Grosse déception : Déodorant Pureté de Lin de Sanoflore 👎
Hello everyone, Today I decided to tell you about one of my big disappointments of the moment: the Flax Purity deodorant from Sanoflore. So far, the thing to know is that Sanoflore is a natural and organic cosmetics company bought by L'Oréal (in 2006). At the time I bought it, I did not know that this brand was a small piece of the L'Oréal juggernaut. In itself it does not necessarily change much, it's just that personally, I prefer to benefit a natural and organic cosmetics company with a more moderate size. It is already difficult enough to get known in cosmetics when you do not have many incomes, so I prefer to favor those who do not have the striking force of a company like L'Oréal behind. And then on the ethical level too, if L'Oreal bought Sanoflore, in my opinion, it's to have a share of the organic cake and be on all segments of the cosmetics market. I don't think they are in this organic business by pure altruism ^^ (Well, when do you tell us why the deodorant disappointed you?) => Now!
So why did not I like the deodorant? As I said in the article where I explain why I love my deodorant Schmidt's (here), I dropped the anti-perspirants based on aluminum salts in November 2016 because of their risk of fostering the onset of breast cancer. So I decided to invest in Sanoflore's Flax Purity deodorant. It is written above, "24h effectiveness ". So what a disappointment! It is a deodorant ball that does not deodorize at all. At least on me. I explain to you. By applying it at around 9am, from 1pm, I was obliged to establish a one meter quarantine perimeter around myself because I smelled like a polecat. I was working at the time, in contact with quite a few people, and I was so ashamed. When you come to the level where you can actually feel yourself, where you notice your own stink, it is that you have reached some point. You know, this same point when you feel someone with a fetid breath and you want to offer him a chewing gum. Result, in addition to having wet armpits, I stank to death. So SUPER what. Regarding the composition, there is nothing to say, it is clean. All ingredients are rated 2 or 3 green smileys by The Truth About Cosmetics, 100% of the ingredients have a natural origin including 24% of organic ingredients! On the other hand, it contains alcohol, so if you have fragile armpits or you like to apply deodorant right after you shaved/depilated, I advise not to use it! There is a deodorant of this brand without alcohol if my memories are good. So, that's just my opinion, but for my part, this deodorant Flax Purity is quite ineffective on me. So I was disappointed. Luckily I found a better replacement (The Schmidt's)! And you, do you find it effective? Any other natural & effective deodorant to advise me? :) And do not forget, stay Opiniated ;)
